Bij Platowood zoeken we een Junior/Senior Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst met een hands-on mentaliteit die het salesteam komt versterken. Door de unieke eigenschappen van Platowood en de toenemende aandacht voor milieubewuste bouwmaterialen kiezen steeds meer bedrijven voor ons hout. Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor (potentiële) klanten voor vragen over productinformatie, offertes en orders. Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor de verkoop en reageert op binnenkomende (aan)vragen per mail en telefonisch. Samen met de andere teamleden ga je de uitdaging aan om onze klanten zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn en de omzet van Platowood te vergroten. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: Het maken van offertes en calculaties en het opvolgen hiervan. - Het controleren en verwerken van offertes die met behulp van onze AI-offertemotor worden opgesteld. - Het controleren van grotere offertes. - Het proactief opvolgen van alle grotere offertes in samenspraak met de buitendienst collega Het onderhouden van bestaande klantrelaties in jouw rayon, samen met de buitendienst sales vertegenwoordiger - Het wekelijks telefonisch opvolgen van alle leads in het leadsplatform. - Afspraken met geïnteresseerde leads inplannen in de agenda van de buitendienstmedewerker. - Het actueel houden van het leadsplatform en zorgen dat alle acties tijdig worden afgehandeld. - Wekelijks met je buitendienstcollega de voortgang binnen jouw rayon bespreken: Actuele uitdagingen bespreken Eén keer per kwartaal ga je een dag mee op pad met je buitendienstcollega. Het telefonisch te woord staan van (potentiële) klanten. Het actief verkopen van producten die aansluiten bij onze strategische focus...
