Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst bij GP Groot bv Alkmaar 24-40 uur 3.034 - 3.840 per maand Ben jij die klantvriendelijke spin in het web die wij zoeken? Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aannemen en afhandelen van de inkomende telefoongesprekken en e-mails. Met jouw communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden verstrek jij productinformatie aan de klanten, geef je waar nodig prijzen af en draag je bij aan een optimale klanttevredenheid. Je behaalt hierin het maximale resultaat. Klanttevredenheid staat bij jou hoog in het vaandel, je houdt je dan ook actief bezig met aftersales. Je verzendt documenten en voert opvolgingstaken van het gesprek uit. Je houdt de klantgegevens up to date in het CRM-systeem en voert ondersteunende werkzaamheden uit ten behoeve van de verkooporganisatie. Je volgt verkoopacties op, waarbij we onze klanten verder proberen te laten meebewegen in de circulaire economie en het scheiden van grondstoffen. Wat verwachten we van onze commercieel medewerker binnendienst? We verwachten: - Je beschikt minimaal over een MBO-4 diploma en hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Je bent commercieel en hebt een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Je luistert, vraagt door en staat stevig in je schoenen; - Je hebt er plezier in om klanten telefonisch te benaderen en streeft altijd naar uitbreiding van de dienstverlening; - Je bent een ster in plannen en organiseren en werkt efficiënt. We bieden: - Je ontvangt een aantrekkelijk salaris conform de CAO-beroepsgoederenvervoer; - tussen de € 3034,77 en € 3.840,20 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
