Voor een groeiende organisatie zoeken we een enthousiaste collega die klantenrelaties verder uitbouwt vanuit een vaste werkplek. Je combineert commerciële opvolging met administratieve nauwkeurigheid en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales en interne afdelingen.

In deze rol krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zelfstandig te werken. Je helpt klanten verder, denkt mee over oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat commerciële kansen optimaal benut worden.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Accountmanager Binnendienst ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteun je het commerciële team bij het realiseren van groei.

  • Beheren en opvolgen van bestaande klantenrelaties
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen, aanvragen en bestellingen
  • Opstellen, verwerken en opvolgen van offertes en prijsaanvragen
  • Behandelen van inkomende commerciële aanvragen
  • Opvolgen van leads en nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten en prospecten
  • Ondersteunen van key accounts en belangrijke klantenrelaties
  • Samenwerken met het sales team en de directie om commerciële doelstellingen te behalen
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen
  • Administratief beheren van klantdossiers

Je bent dus niet zomaar een administratieve kracht, maar een echte commerciële partner. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte aanpak en opvolging zorg je ervoor dat klanten zich gehoord voelen en commerciële kansen optimaal worden benut.

We zoeken een gedreven commerciële professional die graag klanten helpt en energie haalt uit het onderhouden van sterke relaties. Je combineert een commerciële mindset met structuur en nauwkeurigheid.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en voelt je thuis in klantencontact
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en je kan je vlot behelpen in het Frans
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen sales, accountmanagement, customer service of commerciële binnendienst
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt graag overzicht
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet klanten op een professionele manier te adviseren
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en zoekt graag mee naar de beste oplossing voor klanten

Ervaring in een commerciële functie is zeker een troef, maar ook kandidaten die klaar zijn voor een nieuwe commerciële uitdaging komen in aanmerking.

Kortom: we zoeken iemand die commercieel denkt, graag relaties opbouwt en klanten op een professionele manier wil ondersteunen.
