Voor een internationale onderneming binnen de vleessector zijn wij op zoek naar een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je het beheer van bestaande klanten met actieve prospectie en business development.

Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten, denkt commercieel mee en zorgt ervoor dat opportuniteiten niet blijven liggen. Tegelijk ga je zelf actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en weet je via telefonisch en digitaal contact nieuwe relaties op te bouwen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je beheert en volgt een portefeuille van bestaande klanten actief op
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten en bouwt duurzame commerciële relaties uit
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten bij bestaande klanten en speelt hier proactief op in
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en prospecten
  • Je brengt de behoeften van prospecten en klanten in kaart en vertaalt deze naar commerciële oplossingen
  • Je volgt offertes, prijsaanvragen en commerciële opportuniteiten nauwgezet op
  • Je begeleidt klanten doorheen het verkoopproces en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging tot aan de deal
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om klanten een professionele en kwalitatieve service te bieden

  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en neemt graag initiatief
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
