Dan is de rol van Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst bij EV Company de volgende stap in jouw carrière! Over deze functie Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst zit je niet stil. Jij ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten die willen investeren in slimme energieoplossingen zoals accu's, laadpalen, airco's en zonnepanelen. Je inventariseert de klantbehoefte en vertaalt deze naar concrete oplossingen. Zie je de instroom van leads dalen dan kom jij in actie! Je signaleert verkoopkansen, benadert potentiële klanten via telefoon of e-mail voor onze duurzame oplossingen. Je weet hen te overtuigen om te kiezen voor de beste kwaliteit en service. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de gehele flow van lead tot order. Je kunt snel schakelen en bent in staat om zelfstandig klantvragen te beantwoorden, offertes op te stellen en processen te coördineren. Je zorgt voor een actuele en correcte administratie in ons CRM-systeem. Je werkt op ons kantoor in Heteren samen met jouw directe collega's Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst en Technical Sales specialist. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van de producten van Atama Solar Energy, een zusterorganisatie van EV Company. Je bent onderdeel van het Salesteam van EV Company. De rest van het Salesteam werkt op het kantoor in Aalsmeer van waaruit de verkoop van laadoplossingen voor EV Company wordt verricht. Dit ben jij - Commercieel talent: je weet snel de juiste toon te vinden en communiceert overtuigend via telefoon en e-mail. - 2+ jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol (bijv. commerciële binnendienst, sales support of klantadviseur B2B/B2C). - Klantgericht & zelfstandig: je houdt van schakelen, denkt in oplossingen en werkt ...
