Wie ben jij Als binnendienst medewerker makelaardij ben je georganiseerd, servicegericht en woon je in (de omgeving van) Leiden. Ervaring in de woningmarkt is niet nodig; wij leren je het vak stap voor stap! Voor deze rol ben je 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar en beheers je het Nederlands en Engels goed.

Verder neem je mee:

- Minimaal een havo- of mbo-diploma - Goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) - Een positieve instelling en een echte teamspirit #MKB

Wat ga je doen In de functie van binnendienst medewerker makelaardij zorg je ervoor dat alles op kantoor op rolletjes loopt. Je ondersteunt het team, bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en houdt je bezig met administratieve en organisatorische taken.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

- Ontvangen van klanten en het afhandelen van telefonisch en schriftelijk klantcontact - Aanmelden van woningen en opmaken van brochures en online presentaties - Opstellen van huur- en koopovereenkomsten - Agendabeheer en het inplannen van afspraken en bezichtigingen - Facilitaire taken en secretariële werkzaamheden (notuleren, verwerken van rapportages) - Organiseren van teamuitjes, evenementen en zakenreizen

Waar ga je werken Je komt te werken bij een groeiend vastgoedkantoor gevestigd in het centrum van Leiden. Het team bestaat uit meer dan 20 gedreven collega's die intensief samenwerken in een informele sfeer. Plezier en samenwerking staan hier cent
