Wie ben jij - Je beschikt over MBO4- of HBO-werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt een commerciële instelling, bent klantgericht en schrikt niet terug van een telefoontje of een uitdagende klantvraag. - Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands (Engels of een tweede taal is een mooie pré). - Je werkt gestructureerd, bent handig met computersystemen en weet snel te schakelen.

Wat ga je doen Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben jij de rots in de branding voor bestaande én nieuwe klanten. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want je schakelt continu tussen advies, verkoop en administratie:

- Klantcontact & Advies: Je staat klanten telefonisch en per e-mail te woord, denkt mee met hun vraagstukken en geeft deskundig product- of dienstadvies. - Offertes opstellen & opvolgen: Je maakt nauwkeurige offertes op maat en volgt deze proactief op om de deal binnen te slepen. - Orderverwerking: Is de deal rond? Jij zorgt voor een vlekkeloze invoer en afhandeling van de bestelling in het systeem (zoals SAP of Salesforce). - Samenwerken met de Buitendienst: Je bent de sparrings- en regiepartner van de accountmanagers in de buitendienst en bereidt klantafspraken mede voor. - Relatiebeheer: Je onderhoudt warm contact met vaste relaties en ziet commerciële kansen om extra waarde te bieden.
