Wat ga je doen Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst combineer je commercie en techniek op een geweldige manier! Je bent de rots in de branding voor klanten en ondersteunt de buitendienst bij het behalen van commerciële succesjes. Je achterhaalt via telefoon of mail precies wat de klant nodig heeft en vertaalt dat naar een passend advies. Daarnaast spot je kansen in de markt en denk je actief mee over hoe processen nóg slimmer kunnen. Kort samengevat ga je het volgende doen:

- Klanten adviseren over passende meetoplossingen en offertes opstellen - Afspraken inplannen voor de buitendienst en orders verwerken - Klantgegevens nauwkeurig vastleggen in Microsoft Dynamics of SAP - Onderhouden van telefonisch en schriftelijk klantcontact - Onderzoeken van groeikansen binnen bestaande markten
