Van Deursen Diervoeders is een familiebedrijf met korte lijnen, persoonlijk contact en een praktische manier van werken. Voor onze commerciële binnendienst zoeken we iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en een belangrijke schakel wil zijn tussen onze klanten, verkoop en dagelijkse organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Je hebt veel contact met onze klanten, voornamelijk telefonisch. Je neemt bestellingen aan, denkt mee, adviseert en signaleert commerciële kansen. Je weet wat er bij klanten speelt en vindt het leuk om daar actief op in te spelen. Maar de functie is breder dan alleen verkoop. We zoeken iemand die ook graag meedenkt over onze manier van werken . Hoe kunnen we onze systemen beter benutten? Welke werkzaamheden kunnen slimmer of efficiënter? Hoe zorgen we ervoor dat klantinformatie goed wordt vastgelegd en collega's snel over de juiste informatie beschikken? Je krijgt daarin de ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen en verbeteringen aan te dragen. Wie zoeken wij? Je bent iemand die gemakkelijk contact maakt en zich thuis voelt in een nuchtere, praktische omgeving. Je hoeft niet alles van diervoeding te weten, maar gevoel voor en een brede interesse in de agrarische sector vinden we belangrijk . Je bent commercieel, klantgericht en denkt graag een stap vooruit. Daarnaast werk je nauwkeurig en vind je het leuk om met computersystemen en gegevens te werken. Zie je dat iets handiger kan? Dan wacht je niet af, maar kom je met een voorstel.
