Bij ATV Safety ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, accountmanagers en de interne organisatie. Je ondersteunt het commerciële proces van A tot Z, zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van offertes en orders en denkt actief mee over hoe we onze klanten nog beter kunnen bedienen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, servicegerichte instelling en commerciële inzicht verlopen onze processen soepel en kunnen klanten rekenen op de beste dienstverlening. Wat ga je doen? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ondersteun je de verkooporganisatie en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verkoop, inkoop en logistiek en zorgt ervoor dat offertes, orders en klantgegevens correct worden verwerkt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen, verwerken en opvolgen van offertes. - Verwerken en begeleiden van verkooporders. - Telefonisch en per e-mail adviseren en ondersteunen van klanten. - Onderhouden van contact met klanten, leveranciers en accountmanagers. - Beheren en actualiseren van prijslijsten en klantgegevens. - Verwerken van gegevens in Exact, EZ-base, EDI en onze webshop. - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en meedenken over verbeteringen in onze dienstverlening. - Ondersteunen van de verkoop- en inkoopafdeling bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van commerciële processen.
