Onze opdrachtgever is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en technisch onderlegde Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst om hun enthousiaste team te versterken. Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van uitstekende ondersteuning aan het verkoopteam en het onderhouden van klantrelaties. Je werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Ondersteunen van het verkoopteam door het verstrekken van technische informatie en advies aan klanten; - Afhandelen van inkomende verkoopvragen en het verstrekken van prijsopgaven; - Beheren van klantaccounts en het onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties; - Verwerken van orders en zorgen voor een soepele afhandeling van defecte processen; - Bijdragen aan het behalen van verkoopdoelen en targets.
