Als fulltime commercieel medewerker binnendienst bij Bouwmaat Nijmegen ben jij de sparringpartner voor professionals in renovatie, herstel en onderhoud. Samen met je collega's help je hen slimmer én efficiënter te bouwen. Ben jij klaar voor deze veelzijdige rol op de vestiging? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij hét gezicht en aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer. Je denkt mee met de klant, signaleert verkoopkansen en regelt de achterkant vlekkeloos. Jouw belangrijkste taken: - In gesprek met de vakman: Je ontvangt professionals op de vestiging, ontdekt wat ze nodig hebben voor hun bouwproject en adviseert over slimme toepassingen en onze materialen. - Aanbiedingen & Verkoop: Je ziet commerciële kansen direct, maakt strakke offertes op maat en volgt deze actief op. - Klantrelaties & Admin: Je bouwt aan langdurige relaties met vaste klanten en zorgt dat alle gemaakte afspraken en opvolgingen netjes in het CRM-systeem staan. - Samen bouwen aan succes: Je overlegt continu met het verkoopteam over kansen, denkt mee over acties en zorgt voor een winkelpresentatie die inspireert en verkoopt. Het team & je werkritme Je vormt de vaste kern van het verkoopteam op de vestiging samen met een collega-adviseur. Daarnaast schakel je dagelijks direct met de buitendienst, de vestigingsmanager en het winkelteam. - Werktijden: Omdat de bouw vroeg opstart, werken we met wisselende diensten tussen 07:00 en 18:00 uur. - Weekend: Gemiddeld draai je zo'n 1 tot 2 zaterdagen per maand (van 08:00 tot 15:00 uur). - Zekerheid: Geen verrassingen in je agenda, want je rooster is altijd minstens 3 weken van tevoren bekend!
