Je speelt een cruciale rol in aanbestedingstrajecten en fungeert als brug tussen diverse afdelingen. Samen met je team werk je aan het genereren en beheren van klantinformatie en het optimaliseren van de dienstverlening door continue analyse van klantbehoeften en interne processen. Er is ruimte om zelfstandig werkzaamheden op te pakken en bij te dragen aan verbeteringen.
