Voor een groeiende organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met klantenservice en administratieve opvolging. Je bouwt relaties op met klanten, ondersteunt het commerciële team en zorgt ervoor dat offertes, bestellingen en aanvragen correct worden opgevolgd.

Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand met commerciële ervaring die graag digitaal contact met klanten onderhoudt, opportuniteiten ziet en mee wil bouwen aan duurzame klantenrelaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je beheert bestaande klantrelaties en zorgt voor een professionele opvolging van klanten en dossiers
  • Je verwerkt offertes, prijsaanvragen en bestellingen nauwkeurig en efficiënt
  • Je volgt leads en commerciële opportuniteiten op en denkt actief mee over mogelijke oplossingen voor klanten
  • Je ondersteunt het salesteam en werkt nauw samen met collega's om klanten optimaal te bedienen
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten en bouwt duurzame relaties verder uit
  • Je ondersteunt key accounts en volgt commerciële afspraken mee op
  • Je analyseert verkoopgegevens en rapporteringen om commerciële processen verder te verbeteren
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van het volledige verkoopproces

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een commerciële of klantgerichte functie
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en goed in het Frans
  • Je gaat akkoord met bouwverlof
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ervan om structuur te brengen in verschillende dossiers
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt graag mee naar oplossingen
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en ziet opportuniteiten bij klanten
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met CRM-systemen
  • Affiniteit met de bouw- of logistieke sector is een mooie meerwaarde
