Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt. Van het plannen van afspraken tot het verwerken van koopovereenkomsten en het onderhouden van contact met klanten: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat iedereen verder kan. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist dat maakt deze functie zo leuk. Wat ga je doen? Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben jij de spil van ons kantoor. Je ondersteunt onze makelaars en zorgt ervoor dat klanten professioneel en vriendelijk worden geholpen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het aannemen van telefoongesprekken en plannen van afspraken; - Het begeleiden en bewaken van woning- en taxatiedossiers; - Het aanmelden van woningen op Funda; - Het maken van aantrekkelijke woningbrochures; - Het uitwerken van taxatierapporten; - Het opstellen en verwerken van koopovereenkomsten; - Het onderhouden van contact met kopers, verkopers, notarissen en opdrachtgevers; - Het verzorgen van correspondentie en administratieve afhandeling; - Het signaleren van acties die nodig zijn en zorgen dat deze worden opgepakt. Wie ben jij? Je bent iemand die graag initiatief neemt, nauwkeurig werkt en plezier haalt uit het helpen van klanten en collega's. Daarnaast: ✔ Heb je affiniteit met vastgoed of makelaardij; ✔ Heb je minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding; ✔ Werk je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd; ✔ Kun je goed zelfstandig werken; ✔ Ben je communicatief sterk en klantvriendelijk; ✔ Heb je ervaring met Word en Excel; ✔ Is ervaring met Realworks een pré; ✔ Woon je bij voorkeur in de regio Nijmegen.
