Wat je gaat doen Als Commercieel medewerker binnendienst krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen klanten en projecten. Je bent het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen van begin tot eind goed worden opgevolgd. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een klant die een technische vraag heeft over buizen of andere RVS- en staalproducten. Jij achterhaalt precies wat de klant nodig heeft, schakelt met Inkoop en collega's en zorgt ervoor dat er een passende oplossing en offerte komt. De focus ligt vooral op het onderhouden en uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties. Je hoeft dus niet de hele dag koude acquisitie te plegen. Wel zie je commerciële kansen bij bestaande klanten en weet je deze op het juiste moment te benutten. Je werkt aan verschillende projecten, waarbij je veel vrijheid krijgt om je eigen klantenportefeuille verder uit te bouwen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren en uitbouwen van je eigen klantenportefeuille; - Begeleiden van projecten van aanvraag tot levering; - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes; - Schakelen met klanten, Inkoop en Sales Support over aanvragen en lopende projecten; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en zorgen voor een langdurige klantrelatie.
