Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst Export ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, dealers en interne afdelingen. De functie Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het administratief verwerken en coördineren van projectorders en dealerorders. Je zorgt ervoor dat orders tijdig en correct worden uitgeleverd en houdt daarbij rekening met internationale export- en transportvereisten. Omdat onze klanten zich over de hele wereld bevinden, speel je een belangrijke rol in het verzorgen van de benodigde exportdocumentatie en het bewaken van het gehele orderproces. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met de afdelingen Sales, Inkoop, Engineering, Finance en Expeditie. Tot jouw werkzaamheden behoren onder andere: - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en dealers mbt levertijden en order statussen; - Je verwerkt klantaanvragen en ondersteunt bij het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes; - Je ondersteunt de Area Sales Managers bij commerciële en administratieve werkzaamheden; - Je beheert en onderhoudt klantgegevens in het CRM-systeem; - Je verzorgt orderbevestigingen, facturatie en overige...
