Functieomschrijving Ben jij een commerciële topper die energie krijgt van klantcontact? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze commerciële organisatie. Je ondersteunt klanten, werkt nauw samen met Accountmanagers en draagt actief bij aan het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen. Vanuit onze vestiging in Alkmaar en Amsterdam maak je onderdeel uit van een enthousiast en hecht team dat iedere dag werkt aan duurzame afval- en grondstoffenoplossingen voor onze klanten. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie combineer je klantgerichtheid met commerciële slagkracht. Je ziet kansen, denkt mee met klanten en zorgt ervoor dat commerciële processen soepel verlopen. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn: - Signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen om omzetgroei te realiseren. - Adviseren van klanten over onze dienstverlening en duurzame oplossingen. - Opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes, plannen van opdrachten. - Ondersteunen van Accountmanagers bij commerciële trajecten. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgen voor een optimale klantbeleving. - Vastleggen en beheren van klantinformatie in CRM-systemen. - Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen om klantvragen efficiënt op te lossen. Wij bieden jou: - Een salaris in loonschaal E (€ 3.034 en € 3.840) per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - Deze maken we stipt op de 24e van de maand aan je over; - Een pensioenregeling, 25 verlofdagen en 4 atv dagen; - Je kunt gebruikmaken van leuke extra's zoals korting op je telefoon- en sportschool abonnement, op verzekeringen, ect; - Dagelijks vers fruit in de kantine; - Mogelijkheid om door te groeien binnen Bnext.
