Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst 28 - 36 uur per week | Middelburg Ben jij goed in organiseren, houd je makkelijk overzicht en krijg je energie van contact met mensen? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst bij Schulting & Partners in Middelburg zorg jij ervoor dat onze makelaars hun werk goed kunnen doen én dat klanten zich vanaf het eerste contact welkom en geholpen voelen. Of het nu gaat om de verkoop, verhuur, aankoop of aanhuur van een woning of bedrijfsobject: jij zorgt achter de schermen dat afspraken, documenten en communicatie goed geregeld zijn. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt nauw samen met onze makelaars en hebt veel contact met klanten, woningzoekers en andere relaties. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend. Zo houd je je onder andere bezig met: - beantwoorden van telefoon en e-mail; - inplannen en coördineren van afspraken en bezichtigingen; - beheren en bewaken van agenda's; - voorbereiden en opstellen van overeenkomsten en andere documenten; - ondersteunen van makelaars tijdens verkoop- en verhuurtrajecten; - onderhouden van contact met klanten en relaties; - bijhouden van onze social media kanalen; - signaleren wat er moet gebeuren en daar zelfstandig op handelen. Kortom: jij zorgt voor overzicht, snelheid en een prettige ervaring voor onze klanten. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken vooral iemand die proactief, nauwkeurig en klantgericht is. Iemand die niet afwacht tot er iets wordt gevraagd, maar zelf ziet wat nodig is. Daarnaast: - kun je goed prioriteiten stellen, ook wanneer het druk is; - communiceer je helder en prettig in het Nederlands en Engels; - werk je graag met mensen en vind je het leuk om hen goed te helpen; - heb je een professionele en servicegerichte instelling. Ervaring bij een makelaarskantoor is een pré, maar geen vereiste. De juiste houding en manier van werken vinden wij minstens zo belangrijk.
