The posting

In deze functie krijg jij een sleutelrol in de commerciële binnendienst, met directe impact op klanten en op de verdere uitbouw van de segmenten Air, Water en Build. Je combineert nauwkeurige orderverwerking met klantgericht werken, advies rond technische producten en actieve ondersteuning van Sales bij prospectie, beurzen en klantbezoeken. Als rechterhand van de Sales Director ben je het interne aanspreekpunt voor productkeuze, toepassingen, prijzen en commerciële uitwerking. Jij houdt dossiers gestructureerd op koers, van eerste aanvraag tot overdracht naar de betrokken afdelingen, en zorgt dat commerciële informatie helder en foutloos beschikbaar blijft binnen het team.

  • Ondersteunen van Sales bij productkeuze, toepassingen, prijsbepaling en commerciële uitwerking binnen de business line Construct (Air, Water & Build).
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van offertes en orders: informatie verzamelen, dossiers nauwkeurig uitwerken en trajecten beheren van aanvraag tot orderoverdracht.
  • Klantvragen vertalen naar duidelijke voorstellen, waarbij alle technische en commerciële gegevens correct verwerkt worden in samenwerking met Order Entry, Engineering en Marketing.
  • Bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een commerciële richting, of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring in commerciële binnendienst of internal sales.
  • Affiniteit met technische producten en inzicht in offerteprocessen, waarbij je klantbehoeften snel begrijpt en nauwkeurig vertaalt naar concrete voorstellen.
  • Gestructureerde, klantgerichte werkstijl; je bewaart overzicht en prioriteiten bij meerdere dossiers en werkt nauwkeurig in orderverwerking en administratie.
  • Grondige kennis van MS Office en ervaring met ERP-systemen, zodat je vlot met gegevens, offertes en orders aan de slag gaat.
  • Zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een plus, basiskennis Duits is een nice-to-have.
