Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen: Ben jij commercieel ingesteld en weet je klanten op een prettige manier te overtuigen? Als Verkoper Binnendienst onderhoud je contact met bestaande klanten, benader je potentiële klanten en zorg je dat offertes en orders goed worden opgevolgd. Je combineert verkoop met klantcontact en een nauwkeurige administratie. Je hebt vooral telefonisch contact met klanten en bouwt aan goede, langdurige relaties. Je denkt commercieel mee, houdt klantgegevens actueel en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken goed worden vastgelegd en opgevolgd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Voeren van verkoopgesprekken en benaderen van potentiële klanten - Maken en opvolgen van offertes en administratief verwerken van orders - Beheren van klantgegevens en informeren van klanten over producten en diensten - Onderhouden van contact met collega's van onder andere buitendienst, logistiek, customer service, debiteurenbeheer en inkoop Daarnaast behandel je samen met de manager eventuele klachten, houd je het betalingsgedrag van klanten in de gaten en werk je aan de commerciële doelstellingen. Incidenteel bezoek je klanten of neem je deel aan commerciële activiteiten, zoals beurzen, klantendagen en fabrieksbezoeken. Veilig werken hoort ook bij je functie. Je houdt je aan de veiligheidsvoorschriften, spreekt anderen aan wanneer dat nodig is en zorgt voor een opgeruimde werkplek.
