Wat ga je doen?

Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je stelt offertes op, beantwoordt vragen en zorgt dat bestellingen soepel worden verwerkt. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt – van aanvraag tot levering.

- Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor inkomende telefoontjes en e-mails van klanten en vertegenwoordigers. Snel, professioneel en met een glimlach.

- Je geeft heldere info over producten, prijzen en levertijden – altijd correct en op tijd.

- Basis technische vragen? Die beantwoord je zelf. Complexere cases? Die schakel je soepel door naar ons technische team.

- Je werkt nauw samen met onze vertegenwoordigers om commerciële doelen te behalen.

- Offertes opstellen is dagelijkse kost – op basis van input van klanten, vertegenwoordigers of agenten.

- Je verwerkt bestellingen van machines en volgt deze nauwgezet op tot aan de levering.

- Je stemt af met andere afdelingen (zoals engineering, productie en logistiek) om de klantverwachtingen waar te maken.

- Je houdt alles netjes bij in ons CRM- en ERP-systeem: klantcontacten, offertes en bestellingen.

- Je monitort en volgt openstaande offertes en orders proactief op – niets glipt jou door de vingers.

- Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen klant, vertegenwoordiger en interne teams.

- Je denkt mee tijdens teamvergaderingen over hoe we onze processen en service nóg beter kunnen maken.

Je hebt al ervaring in een verkoopondersteunende rol of je bent net afgestudeerd in een relevante richting en staat te popelen om je carrière te starten.

Je bent handig met digitale tools zoals Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) en werkt vlot met CRM-systemen – of je leert dat snel.

Je communiceert helder in Nederlands, Engels én Frans – dat is belangrijk in onze internationale omgeving. Spreek je ook een woordje Duits? Bonuspunten!

Je bent nieuwsgierig en leergierig – we leren je graag alles over onze industriële zeefmachines en filters.

Technische info? Geen probleem. Met de juiste begeleiding kun jij die straks duidelijk en zelfverzekerd aan klanten uitleggen.

Je houdt van contact met mensen, denkt in oplossingen en voelt je thuis in een technische werkomgeving.

Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en houdt ervan als alles goed geregeld is.

Je bent proactief, denkt mee en zet graag dat stapje extra voor de klant.
