Over de functie Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen ons team. Je ondersteunt onze makelaars en taxateurs bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat commerciële en administratieve processen soepel verlopen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het voorbereiden van overeenkomsten, beheren van vastgoeddossiers en onderhouden van klantcontact. Daarnaast benader je potentiële klanten, ondersteun je bij marketingactiviteiten en zorg je ervoor dat ons vastgoedaanbod actueel blijft. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van huur- en koopovereenkomsten. - Voorbereiden en verwerken van taxatiedossiers. - Beheren en actueel houden van onze verhuur- en verkoopportefeuille. - Verwerken van klantgegevens en vastgoedinformatie in ons CRM-systeem. - Benaderen van potentiële klanten en inplannen van afspraken. - Verzorgen van brochures, presentaties en online advertenties. - Verzamelen van marktinformatie en signaleren van commerciële kansen. - Onderhouden van contact met klanten, vastgoedeigenaren en andere relaties.
