Dit kan zowel nationaal als internationaal zijn. Sinds 1988 zijn zij toeleveringspartner voor metalen en kunststof onderdelen, assemblage van mechanische en mechatronische halffabricaten en eindproducten. Met een team van ruim 170 medewerkers werken zij samen aan de groei van het bedrijf. Een erg leuk en divers bedrijf dus. Dit ga je doen In deze rol als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst in Bergeijk ben jij de steunpilaar waar klanten en collega's op bouwen. Je schakelt soepel tussen mails, telefoontjes en offerteaanvragen en houdt overzicht alsof het je tweede natuur is. Binnen een bedrijf dat groeit in binnen en buitenland krijg jij de kans om zichtbaar impact te maken. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten volledig ontzorgd worden in diverse productgroepen. Je ondersteunt het salesteam bij de uitvoering van commerciële plannen, denkt actief mee en pakt verbeterkansen op. Dit is niet een klassieke ondersteunende rol waarbij je enkel offertes opstelt, maar denk je juist vooruit, bedien je je klanten actief en denkt je actief mee vooruit. Het is een functie vol afwisseling waarin jij het verschil maakt in de dagelijkse samenwerking. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je beantwoordt inkomende mails en telefoontjes; - Je stelt orders en offertes op en verwerkt deze in het systeem; - Je denkt mee met klanten, geeft advies en neemt passende beslissingen; - Je onderhoudt contact met logistiek, inkoop en verkoop. Zoals je leest: een super afwisselende functie met voldoende uitdaging! Binnen deze functie ben je zeker niet bezig met new business of koude acquisitie, hier hebben we een aparte afdeling voor zodat jij je bezig kunt houden met je eigen klantenportefeui...
