Hun uitstraling naar de buitenwereld is formeel, maar binnen de muren heerst een informele sfeer. Een paar jaar geleden zijn zij verhuisd naar hun huidige kantoor. Dit is een open werkomgeving waar prettig samengewerkt wordt door ambitieuze werknemers. In hun branche zijn ze een toonaangevende speler, ze hebben tienduizenden klanten wereldwijd. Je komt te werken in een klein team en werkt veel samen met andere afdelingen. Ondanks de grootte van het bedrijf is het een betrokken en leuk team waar je absoluut geen nummer bent. Alle afdelingen staan met elkaar in contact en werken samen. Ook krijg je de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien. Met jouw commerciële inzicht weet je de behoeften van de klant snel te doorgronden en hier effectief op in te spelen. Je haalt energie uit persoonlijk contact, denkt in kansen en krijgt voldoening van het succesvol afronden van deals. Na het sluiten van de overeenkomst draag je de klant over aan het beheerteam, dat zorgdraagt voor de verdere opvolging en relatiebeheer.
