Stap in een uitdagende commerciële rol waarin je vanaf dag één direct impact maakt en snel groeit. Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst in Aalsmeer leer je alle kanten van de internationale logistiek kennen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en stelt winnende prijzen en offertes op. Samen met je team pak je vragen van klanten direct op. Je verdiept je in uiteenlopende markten en zorgt dat elke aanvraag de beste logistieke oplossing krijgt. Doordat de backoffice vervalt, pakken jij en de accountmanagers de volledige klantrelatie op. Je leert snel te schakelen in een sector waar alles draait om snelheid en daadkracht. Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en hebt de ambitie om mee te bouwen aan een groeiend bedrijf. Je hebt geen specifieke ervaring in de logistiek nodig; de wil om te leren is het belangrijkst. Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis overtuigingskracht en pakt de regie over je eigen kandidaten- en klantenportfolio. Omdat het team klein is, zie je direct het resultaat van jouw inzet terug in de successen van het bedrijf. Je komt terecht in een jong, hecht en flexibel mannenteam waar hard werken beloond wordt. Het bedrijf is in handen van de eigenaar, wat zorgt voor korte lijnen en een dynamische sfeer. Je start met een uitgebreid onboardingtraject, waarna je mee op salestraining in de stad gaat.
