Functieomschrijving Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten goed worden geholpen, orders soepel verlopen en collega's over de juiste informatie beschikken. Van offerte tot levering: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles goed geregeld is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Onderhouden van contact met klanten en leveranciers in binnen- en buitenland; • Opstellen en verwerken van calculaties, offertes en orderbevestigingen; • Coördineren van transport en logistieke processen; • Bewaken van levertijden en signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten; • Ondersteunen en bewaken van lopende projecten; • Verzorgen van commerciële correspondentie en documentatie; • Meedenken over het verbeteren van processen. Je schakelt hierbij veel met collega's van onder andere verkoop, techniek en finance. Juist de combinatie van commercie, administratie, klantcontact en organiseren maakt deze functie veelzijdig.
