Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van klantvragen en -verzoeken via verschillende communicatiekanalen, zoals telefoon en e-mail. Je lost problemen op, handelt klachten af en biedt hoogwaardige service aan klanten die geïnteresseerd zijn in de goederen die worden aangeboden. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met interne teams om klantgerichte oplossingen te bieden, informeer je proactief klanten en draag je bij aan continue verbetering van serviceprocessen. Niet alleen werk je samen met interne teams, zo zul je ook samenwerken met het buitenlandse hoofdkwartier om overal van op de hoogte te blijven.
