Dankzij hun kwaliteitsgerichte aanpak, klantgerichte service en sterke reputatie zijn zij een gevestigde speler binnen hun marktsegment. Om hun verdere groei te ondersteunen, zijn zij momenteel op zoek naar een enthousiaste commerciële binnendienstmedewerker.

Jobomschrijving

  • Opstellen, beheren en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van klantbestellingen.
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten en professionele ondersteuning bieden.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen rond prijzen, offertes en technische productinformatie.
  • Actief detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten.
  • Meehelpen aan marketinginitiatieven zoals sociale media, brochures, visuals en andere communicatiemiddelen.
  • Correct beheren van klantgegevens en administratieve dossiers.
  • Zorgen voor een kwalitatieve klantenservice en een vlotte opvolging van vragen en orders.
  • Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke binnen de organisatie.
  • Beschikt over een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid gecombineerd met administratieve nauwkeurigheid.
  • Heeft ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst- of customer service functie.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector, wild of gevogelte is een belangrijke troef.
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels; kennis van het Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
  • Is klantgericht en bouwt gemakkelijk duurzame relaties op.
  • Heeft een goede kennis van MS Office en ERP-systemen.
  • Voelt zich thuis in een pragmatische en dynamische KMO-omgeving.
