Jobomschrijving

  • Opstellen, beheren en opvolgen van commerciële offertes.
  • Verwerken en administratief opvolgen van klantbestellingen.
  • Dagelijks onderhouden van contacten met klanten en professionele ondersteuning bieden bij vragen.
  • Adviseren rond prijzen, offertes en productinformatie.
  • Proactief detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten binnen bestaande en nieuwe klantenrelaties.
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van klanten- en prospectenbestanden.
  • Verzorgen van telefonisch onthaal en first-line customer support.
  • Meewerken aan commerciële en marketinggerichte initiatieven zoals brochures, visuals, sociale media en website-updates.
  • Correct registreren en beheren van klantgegevens binnen ERP- en softwaresystemen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's en rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke.
  • Beschikt over een eerste relevante ervaring binnen een commerciëlebinnendienstfunctie.
  • Heeft affiniteit met of ervaring binnen de voedingssector, wild- of gevogeltebranche.
  • Combineert commerciële flair met een sterke administratieve nauwkeurigheid.
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van het Duits vormt een extra troef.
  • Werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.
  • Is klantgericht, professioneel en oplossingsgericht.
  • Heeft ervaring met MS Office, waaronder Excel en Word.
  • Kan vlot werken met ERP-systemen of leert nieuwe software snel aan.
  • Voelt zich thuis in een dynamische KMO-omgeving waar flexibiliteit belangrijk is.
