The posting

Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor orderacceptatie, het maken van offertes en het aanbieden aan onze relaties. Dit in nauw overleg met ons verkoopteam. Daarnaast onderhoudt je contacten met onze relaties betreffende de aanbiedingen welke het verkoopteam hebben gedaan en informeert over nieuwe producten en diensten. Je werkt samen met verkoop & marketing medewerkster binnendienst, onder leiding van de sales & account managers en helpt mee om de marktpositie in onze marktsegmenten verder uit te bouwen in samenspraak met het verkoopteam.

Verder zorg jij in deze rol voor:

• Ondersteuning van het verkoopteam;

• Orderacceptatie;

• Onderhouden van contacten met bestaande relaties en netwerken in onze 4 marktsegmenten;

• Opdoen en onderhouden van productkennis;

• Klanten adviseren over mogelijke oplossingen;

• Verantwoordelijk voor gehele verkooptraject binnendienst, uitgebrachte offertes en andere zaken binnen de verkoop binnendienst en de opvolging daarvan;

• Het vastleggen van overeenkomsten en het zorgen voor de administratieve afwikkeling in overleg met het verkoopteam inclusief periodieke evaluatie van de overeenkomsten;

• Contact met leveranciers;

• Monitoren van en voorbereiden van tenders/aanbestedingen;

• Bouwen aan en onderhouden van een waardevol netwerk;

• Ontwikkelen van een krachtige marktbewerkingsstrategie in samenspraak met het team;

• Het opzetten van commerciële acties met het oog op groei.

Functie-eisen: Jij bent een resultaat gedreven en klantgericht persoon die handelt vanuit eigen kwaliteiten, kennis en inzicht. Daarnaast heb je affiniteit en/of ervaring op het gebied van marketing, beschik je over een open communicatie, weet je knelpunten tijdig te signaleren en kan je uitstekend omgaan met weerstanden. Door jouw proactieve instelling en empathisch vermogen ben je in staat om klanten op een natuurlijke wijze te overtuigen en adviseren.
