The posting

Je wordt een van de eerste aanspreekpunten voor klanten van Carrus. Je hebt dagelijks contact met verschillende soorten klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een Duitse greenkeeper die een onderdeel nodig heeft, maar ook aan een inkoper van een grote haven die elektrische voertuigen nodig heeft op zijn industriterrein.

Het gaat om: - Pro actief relatiebeheer. - Inkomende tickets, mails en telefoontjes beantwoorden. - Informatie geven over uitstaande orders.

De functie is daardoor veelzijdig, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is: je bent het ene moment bezig met een klantvraag uit Duitsland en het volgende moment zorg je dat een exportorder administratief volledig en correct wordt verwerkt. Je kunt je daarom goed verstaanbaar maken in Nederlands en Engels. Spreek je daarnaast Duits? Dan is dat een grote pré.

Wanneer is er een match? We zoeken iemand die niet afwacht tot er verteld wordt wat er moet gebeuren, maar zelf ziet wat er nodig is en daar actie op onderneemt. Je bent proactief, een gemotiveerde teamplayer, klantgericht en vindt het prettig om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Je houdt ervan wanneer je werk afwisselend is en je kunt goed schakelen tussen klantcontact, commercie en administratie.

Wie ben jij?

- Je hebt minimaal MBO 4- of HBO-niveau; - Je hebt ervaring in klantcontact, commercieel administratief werk of een vergelijkbare functie; - Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels; - Duits is een grote pré;
