Je beantwoordt vragen, verwerkt wijzigingen, denkt mee over passende verzekeringen en onderhoudt actief contact met relaties. Wat doe je als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst combineer je klantcontact, relatiebeheer, administratie en commercie. Je hebt dagelijks contact met particuliere klanten en helpt hen met uiteenlopende vragen rondom hun verzekeringen. Daarbij wacht je niet alleen af tot een klant contact met jou opneemt. Je onderhoudt zelf actief relaties, stelt de juiste vragen en kijkt waar je klanten verder kunt helpen. Je bent geen harde verkoper, maar iemand die vanuit oprechte interesse en goed advies commerciële kansen weet te herkennen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Onderhouden van contact met bestaande en nieuwe relaties; - Beantwoorden van vragen van particuliere klanten; - Adviseren over passende verzekeringsoplossingen; - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes; - Verwerken van wijzigingen en administratieve gegevens; - Ondersteunen van klanten bij vragen rondom schades; - Signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen; - Zorgvuldig bijhouden van klantdossiers en gemaakte afspraken. - Schadebehandeling van intake melding tot en met finale afwikkelng.
