Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst bij Breur in Moordrecht ben jij de schakel tussen onze klanten en de organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat vakmensen in de bouw en industrie snel en goed geholpen worden. Ben jij de oplossingsgerichte collega die wij zoeken?

Wat ga je doen?

- Adviseren en helpen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail

- Verwerken en invoeren van bestellingen in ons systeem

- Denken in oplossingen en het aandragen van de beste adviezen

- Beantwoorden van klantvragen over ons uitgebreide assortiment

- Opbouwen van sterke klantrelaties en onderhouden van contacten

- Samenwerken met collega's voor een efficiënte orderafhandeling

Wat breng jij mee?

- MBO werk- en denkniveau

- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

- Affiniteit met de bouw- en industriebranche

- Kennis van of interesse in gereedschappen en hang- en sluitwerk

- Bekwaamheid in het werken met Microsoft Excel

- Klantgerichte instelling en sterke communicatievaardigheden
