Een correcte offerte opmaken is één ding. Ervoor zorgen dat ze ook uitmondt in een tevreden klant en een sterke verkoop, is iets anders.

Daarom zoeken we een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst die technische kennis combineert met commerciële feeling. Iemand die graag schakelt tussen klanten, leveranciers en salescollega’s en die ervoor zorgt dat ieder dossier professioneel wordt opgevolgd.

Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

Van aanvraag naar sterke offerte

  • Je analyseert de vragen van klanten en prospecten en vertaalt ze naar technisch en commercieel onderbouwde offertes.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat offertes inhoudelijk correct, volledig en duidelijk zijn.
  • Je volgt offertes proactief op en begeleidt klanten doorheen het volledige traject.
  • Je spot commerciële kansen en draagt zo actief bij aan de verdere groei van Fluxer.

Technisch advies dat vertrouwen geeft

  • Je adviseert klanten voornamelijk via mail en telefoon over productkeuzes, toepassingen en mogelijke alternatieven.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht mee en zoekt naar de meest geschikte technische oplossing voor iedere situatie.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten waar nodig bij de inbedrijfstelling van installaties.
  • Je krijgt de kans om jouw technische expertise verder uit te bouwen via interne opleiding en ondersteuning.

De rechterhand van onze externe sales

  • Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor onze externe salescollega’s.
  • Je ondersteunt hen bij technische vragen, offertes en de commerciële opvolging van klanten.
  • Je helpt mee om nieuwe opdrachten binnen te halen en duurzame klantrelaties verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat binnen- en buitendienst vlot samenwerken en klanten snel geholpen worden.

Dossiers die blijven bewegen

  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten en leveranciers en bewaakt een correcte opvolging.
  • Je houdt klantgegevens, prijzen en dossiers nauwkeurig en up-to-date in Business Central.
  • Je bewaakt deadlines en afspraken van begin tot einde.
  • Je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanuit de binnendienst en bezoekt slechts sporadisch een klant.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral een doener met commerciële feeling. Iemand die nauwkeurig genoeg is om offertes en dossiers tot in de puntjes te verzorgen, maar tegelijk voldoende initiatief neemt om klanten, collega’s en opportuniteiten vooruit te helpen.

Je hoeft niet voor iedere volgende stap op instructies te wachten. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, stelt vragen wanneer dat nodig is en gaat zelfstandig op zoek naar oplossingen.

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je kan vlot zelfstandig werken en neemt ownership over je dossiers.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en schakelt snel: je pakt de zaken meteen vast met een duidelijke hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Klantvriendelijkheid, een gezonde portie ambitie én overtuigingskracht typeren jouw aanpak. Je communiceert helder, bouwt vertrouwen op en weet klanten professioneel te begeleiden.
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met Siemens is een mooie troef, maar geen must. Je krijgt de kans om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen via interne opleiding en ondersteuning.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
