Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst Export werk je binnen een internationaal exportteam. Je hebt contact met klanten in verschillende landen en bent betrokken bij het hele commerciële proces. Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties, verwerkt orders en denkt mee over nieuwe commerciële mogelijkheden.

Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is het actief zoeken naar nieuwe klanten en markten. Je benadert potentiële klanten, onderzoekt waar kansen liggen en volgt deze contacten op. Je vindt het leuk om een eerste contact te leggen en dit verder uit te bouwen tot een zakelijke relatie.

Daarnaast houd je je bezig met:

- Het onderhouden van contact met bestaande klanten binnen jouw eigen klantenportefeuille. - Het actief benaderen en opvolgen van potentiële nieuwe klanten. - Het onderzoeken van nieuwe afzetmarkten en commerciële kansen. - Het beantwoorden van vragen van internationale klanten. - Het invoeren, verwerken en afhandelen van bestellingen. - Het verzorgen van de benodigde exportdocumenten. - Het plannen en regelen van transport in overleg met de logistieke afdeling en externe transporteurs. - Het bewaken van afspraken rondom compliance en finance. - Het meedenken over mogelijkheden om de internationale klantenportefeuille verder uit te breiden.

Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit de binnendienst. Het bezoeken van klanten binnen Europa komt slechts sporadisch voor.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die commercieel sterk is en graag contact maakt met klanten. Je vindt het leuk om bestaande relaties te onderhouden, maar krijgt ook energie van het leggen van nieuwe contacten.
