Voor een ambitieus high-end fietsmerk in Rijswijk zijn wij op zoek naar een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst die sales, klanten en finance met elkaar verbindt. Ons aanbod - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.800 en €3.500 per maand op basis van 40 uur, plus 8% vakantiegeld; - Reiskostenvergoeding voor je woon-werkverkeer; - Een vaste werkplek op een goed bereikbaar kantoor in Rijswijk; - Een rol waarin je direct zichtbare impact hebt op commerciële resultaten; - Werken binnen een internationaal groeiend merk in de fietsindustrie. Wat ga je doen als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst - Dealers en distributeurs te woord staan als eerste commerciële aanspreekpunt en hen snel verder helpen; - Orders verwerken en opvolgen, van binnenkomende aanvraag tot aan levering; - Het salesteam ondersteunen met offertes, klantdata en rapportages; - Openstaande posten opvolgen in samenwerking met de afdeling finance en klant- en orderdata actueel houden; - Commerciële kansen signaleren bij bestaande klanten en deze doorzetten naar sales. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst - Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst, sales support of orderverwerking; - Je werkt accuraat en behoudt het overzicht, ook als de drukte toeneemt; - Je denkt commercieel mee, pakt eigenaarschap en maakt zelfstandig keuzes; - Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels uitstekend in woord en geschrift.
