Hier werk je als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst Foodservicein een dynamische handelsomgeving waar snelheid, overzicht en klantgerichtheid samenkomen. Je ondersteunt het verkoopteam van de Foodservice divisie en zorgt dat alles achter de schermen klopt - van bestelling tot levering. Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst Foodservice ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten én accountmanagers. Je houdt overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en schakelt snel. Dankzij jouw inzet blijven processen soepel lopen en worden klanten in binnen- en buitenland professioneel geholpen vanuit Kampen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst Foodservice: - Ondersteunen van het salesteam op administratief en commercieel vlak - Verwerken en coördineren van klantorders tot aan levering - Beheren van prijslijsten, prijsafspraken en stamgegevens - Onderhouden van klantcontact via telefoon en e-mail (Nederlands, Duits en Engels) - Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief verbeteren van processen De opdrachtgever Bij Asia Express Food, onderdeel van de Brouwer Groep, ben je meer dan een werknemer - je bent deel van een familie. Als internationale groothandel worden A-merken uit Azië en Afrika geïmporteerd en door heel Europa geleverd aan diverse klanten, van etnische winkels en bekende retailers tot horeca groothandels en e-commerceplatformen.
