In deze rol zorg jij dat hypotheekaanvragen soepel en zorgvuldig worden verwerkt. Je werkt samen met adviseurs, onderhoudt contact met geldverstrekkers en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Via Projective Talent krijg je niet alleen een mooie opdracht, maar ook begeleiding, opleiding en groeikansen binnen de financiële dienstverlening. De Rol in het kort Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen klant, adviseur en geldverstrekker. Jij houdt overzicht, bewaakt deadlines en zorgt dat iedereen precies weet waar hij aan toe is. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, communicatie en structuur verloopt elk hypotheekdossier soepel en foutloos. Wat je gaat doen - Je beheert hypotheekdossiers van A tot Z en zorgt dat alle documenten compleet zijn. - Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten, hypotheekadviseurs, geldverstrekkers, notarissen en soms makelaars. - Je plant afspraken in, bewaakt de voortgang en voorkomt vertragingen. - Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten en legt het proces helder uit. - Je verwerkt administratieve stappen in overzichtelijke systemen (o.a. CRM en workflow‑software). Your skills Je houdt van structuur, schakelt makkelijk tussen taken en voelt goed aan wat klanten nodig hebben. Je bent vriendelijk, geduldig én oplossingsgericht. Harde criteria: - Mbo-4 of Hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Wft Basis en Wft Hypothecair Krediet in bezit (of bereid dit via ons te behalen). - Je communiceert duidelijk, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht. - Je vindt het leuk om klanten gerust te stellen en écht te helpen. - Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een teamspeler.
