Wat houdt jouw rol als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst in?

  • Als Commercieel Medewerker kom je terecht in een team van een 10-tal personen
  • Je staat in voor de orderverwerking van A tot Z
  • Je ondersteunt de vertegenwoordigers van binnenuit
  • Je geeft informatie, uitleg en advies aan de klanten (telefonisch, via mail, of ter plaatse)
  • Je werkt hiervoor samen met de verschillende interne afdelingen waaronder productie, sales, ...

Wat verwachten we van jou als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst?

  • Je genoot een Bachelor opleiding (Bouw, Hout, Interieur, Communicatie, Economie, Toerisme, Transport, Taal, ...) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een 2-tal jaar ervaring
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en een goede kennis Frans
  • Je houdt van interieur, hout, ... Mooie dingen
  • Je bent commercieel & professioneel en weet boodschappen op een juiste manier te vertalen naar de klanten
  • Je bent communicatief en staat sterk in je schoenen
  • Je bent leergierig en bent bereid je te engageren voor een stevige interne opleiding
  • Je bent administratief sterk
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in processen en weet over verschillende afdelingen heen te denken
  • Je weet van aanpakken en neemt graag initiatief
