Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou. Je start in een klantgerichte binnendienstfunctie en krijgt de kans om op termijn actief mee te bouwen aan de commerciële groei van de organisatie.

Als commercieel medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die gebruikmaken van het Cash & Carry afhaalpunt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Klanten vriendelijk onthalen en hun bestellingen verwerken

Bestellingen correct scannen en afrekenen

Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige facturatie

  • Instaan voor een professionele en klantgerichte afhandeling van bestellingen
  • Opvolgen van het weekgamma samen met je collega's
  • Mee zorgen voor een verzorgde en nette winkelomgeving

Administratieve gegevens correct verwerken

Klanten verder helpen met vragen en advies Na jouw inwerkperiode krijg je de mogelijkheid om bijkomende commerciële verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen:

Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties

Prospecteren van nieuwe klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten

  • Opvolgen van leads en bestaande klantencontacten
  • Uitwerken en uitvoeren van commerciële acties

Deelnemen aan vakbeurzen, events en netwerkmomenten

  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere groei van het concept

Als commercieel binnendienstmedewerker, internal sales medewerker of klantenadviseur combineer je administratieve nauwkeurigheid met commerciële flair. Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die:

  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Frans spreekt
  • Commercieel ingesteld is en kansen ziet

Beschikt over een echte "hands-on" mentaliteit

  • Graag klantencontact heeft
  • Vlot met de computer overweg kan

Zelfstandig kan plannen en organiseren

Initiatief neemt en resultaatgericht werkt

Graag nieuwe klanten overtuigt en relaties uitbouwt

Interesse heeft in de groensector Ervaring binnen de groensector is een belangrijke troef, maar motivatie, commerciële drive en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
