Sommige mensen verkopen papier. Jij verkoopt redenen om te vieren.

Functie-inhoud Je komt terecht bij een internationale groothandel gespecialiseerd in feestartikelen, kostuums, decoratie en partybenodigdheden voor winkels, webshops en grootwarenhuizen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bouwt een sterke relatie op met jouw klanten en wordt hun vaste aanspreekpunt.
  • Binnenkomende bestellingen volg je nauwkeurig op zodat klanten correct en tijdig geholpen worden.
  • Je ontvangt klanten in de showroom en begeleidt hen doorheen het uitgebreide assortiment.
  • Door jouw analyses van klantgegevens ontdek je commerciële kansen en stuur je bij waar nodig.
  • Je contacteert bestaande klanten én prospecten om nieuwe opportuniteiten te creëren.

Geen dag bestaat hier uit enkel administratie. De ene keer zit je met een klant rond de tafel, de andere keer werk je een bestelling uit of denk je mee over nieuwe verkoopkansen.

Je houdt van structuur, maar krijgt minstens evenveel energie van klantencontact. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt commercieel en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op. Je hoeft geen expert te zijn in feestartikelen, maar je bent wel nieuwsgierig genoeg om het assortiment volledig te leren kennen.

Must-haves

  • Ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienstfunctie
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Goede kennis van het Frans
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden
