Voor een warm Belgisch familiebedrijf actief in hoogwaardige gevelmaterialen zoeken we een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst voor de showroom in Kortrijk/Menen.

Je komt terecht in een menselijke KMO met korte lijnen, veel vertrouwen en een sterke focus op kwaliteit, samenwerking en lange termijn.

Dit Belgisch familiebedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het maken en bewerken van gevelstenen voor de professionele bouwmarkt.

Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt in de showroom én achter de schermen. Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers administratief correct verlopen en dat klanten professioneel en vriendelijk geholpen worden.

Je focust vooral op opvolging en ondersteuning, niet op koude prospectie.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Offertes en bestellingen opvolgen en in orde brengen
  • Gegevens ingeven en opvolgen in de systemen (ERP/CRM)
  • Klanten ontvangen in de showroom en hen begeleiden bij hun keuze
  • Eerste vragen beantwoorden over producten en toepassingen (gevelstenen, esthetiek, etc.)
  • Dossiers goed opvolgen zodat alles correct en tijdig afgewerkt is
  • De commerciële collega’s administratief ondersteunen

Met wie werk je?

Je hebt voornamelijk contact met professionals uit de bouwsector. De context is technisch, maar ook esthetisch: klanten zoeken niet alleen een product, maar ook advies over uitstraling en materiaalkeuze.

  • Je werkt graag nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en helpt mensen graag verder
  • Je houdt van administratie en opvolging
  • Je kan snel dingen aanleren en neemt notities om zelfstandig te worden
  • Interesse in bouw of materialen is een plus, geen must
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans is mooi meegenomen

Je wordt goed begeleid. De eerste 3 maanden krijg je veel uitleg en ondersteuning van collega’s en je leidinggevende. Het doel is dat je snel zelfstandig kan werken en weet waar je alles kan terugvinden.
