Wat je gaat doen Als Commercieel medewerker binnendienst meubels in Uden ben jij de spil tussen klant, accountmanager en interne teams. Je zorgt dat orders van A tot Z goed geregeld zijn, houdt klanten op de hoogte en schakelt snel bij vragen of wijzigingen. Je ondersteunt accountmanagers, bewaakt het proces en spot kansen om dingen slimmer te doen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je schakelt tussen klantcontact, administratie en het oplossen van uitdagingen. Samen zorgen jullie voor een soepele orderflow en tevreden klanten. Werkzaamheden - Je gaat klantorders verwerken, controleren en opvolgen; - Je gaat klanten informeren over orders, levertijden en aanvragen; - Je gaat accountmanagers ondersteunen bij commerciële vraagstukken; - Je gaat knelpunten signaleren en zorgen dat orders soepel verlopen; - Je gaat meedenken over slimmere processen en samenwerken met andere afdelingen!
