Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst Projecten bij BMN Bouwmaterialen ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor al onze projecten. Je begeleidt ze van A tot Z, combineert technische kennis met commercieel inzicht en zorgt dat klanten blij zijn met het eindresultaat. Wat ga je doen? - Projecten van begin tot oplevering begeleiden, actief contact onderhouden met klanten en hen adviseren over producten en oplossingen - Projectoffertes opstellen en nauwkeurig kosten berekenen voor deuren, hang- en sluitwerk en het afhangen van deuren - Tekeningen en kozijnplattegronden lezen en verwerken in calculaties en Excel-sheets - Levertijden, bestellingen en projectvoortgang bewaken en hierover communiceren met klanten en leveranciers - Dagelijks schakelen met interne afdelingen om projecten soepel te laten verlopen - Commerciële kansen signaleren en proactief benutten; processen optimaliseren en correcte administratie verzorgen Wat neem je mee? - Kennis van hang- en sluitwerk of vergelijkbare ervaring in een binnendienst- of projectrol - Technische onderbouwing door opleiding of praktijkervaring - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, klantgericht inzicht en een oplossingsgerichtte mentaliteit - Nauwkeurigheid, organisatievermogen en het vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijk te coördineren - Proactieve, zelfstandige houding en echte teamgeest - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands Wat bieden we? - Salaris op basis van kennis en ervaring, conform de Hibin cao (schaal 7) - 37 vakantiedagen: 25 vakantiedagen en 12 atv-dagen bij fulltime dienstverband; atv-dagen kunnen voor extra vrije tijd of (deels) uitbetaling worden ingezet - 8% vakantiegeld, naar keuze jaarlijks of ma...
