Voor onze site te Lokeren die gespecialiseerd is in de productie van Jelly glues (lijmen gebaseerd op gelatine) zijn wij op zoek naar een commercieel medewerker binnendienst & sales support. Onze lijmen zijn terug te vinden in de papier-, verpakkings- en de grafische industrie, hout nijverheid en de algemene industrie.

Heb je een commerciële opleiding of ervaring in een commerciële, administratieve of logistieke rol en wil je meebouwen aan ons succes in innovatieve lijmen? Bij Gluecom groep geloven we dat frisse ideeën en een sterke klantfocus de motor zijn van onze commerciële groei.

Voornaamste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Orderbeheer: Correct en tijdig registreren, verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen in het ERP-systeem (modern en efficiënt ERP-systeem: Microsoft Business Central).
  • Offertebeheer: Opstellen, opvolgen en versturen van commerciële offertes in overleg met de accountmanagers.
  • Voorraad & productie: Actief controleren van de beschikbare voorraden en bijsturen productieplanning.
  • Transport & logistiek: Aanmaken en controleren van noodzakelijke transport- en verzenddocumenten (zoals CMR's, pakbonnen en douanedocumenten indien van toepassing) en het inplannen van ophalingen/leveringen met transporteurs.
  • Klantenservice: Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon en e-mail betreffende orderstatus, levertermijnen, productvragen en eventuele klachten.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een commercieel-administratieve of logistieke rol.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (bijv. SAP, Business Central) en MS Office.
  • Je bent handig met data (Excel of specifieke bedrijfssoftware schrikken je niet af).
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Engels en Frans (Duits is een plus).
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig, met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en opvolgen.
