Vanuit hun twee productielocaties in Enschede werken ze met een team van zo'n 65 collega's aan de ontwikkeling en productie van klantspecifieke oplossingen. De sfeer is professioneel, maar informeel. Dankzij hun betrokkenheid bij klanten en collega's groeien ze nog steeds hard, zowel in omvang als in expertise. Functieomschrijving In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je een internationaal salesteam en zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte opvolging van offertes, orders en klantafspraken en schakelt dagelijks met klanten, collega's en externe partners. Jij bent geen administratieve ondersteuner die afwacht tot het werk naar je toe komt. Je houdt van dynamiek en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor een goede afloop. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en opvolgen van offertes, orders en contracten; - Coördineren van internationale en exportgerelateerde orders; - Afstemmen met klanten, vervoerders en logistieke partners; - Bewaken van levertijden en opvolgen van openstaande acties; - Ondersteunen van accountmanagers bij nationale en internationale klanttrajecten; - Onderhouden van klantcontact via telefoon en e-mail; - Beheren van klantgegevens in CRM- en ERP-systemen; - Verzorgen van rapportages en administratieve processen; - Schakelen tussen Sales, Logistiek, Planning en andere interne afdelingen; - Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief aandragen van oplossingen.
