Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst techniek krijg je hier de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen, door te groeien en een unieke leerervaring op te doen. In deze functie start je met een uniek opleidingstraject waarin jij als zij-instromer alles leert over techniek én commerciële vaardigheden. Je krijgt een goed salaris, volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden én de kans om door te groeien naar technisch specialist of manager. Je werkt in een hecht team en pakt uitdagende klantcases op onder begeleiding van ervaren collega's. Over de functie Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst techniek stap je in een uniek zij-instroomtraject. Je werk is een unieke combinatie van verkoop, inhoudelijk advies geven, service, en werkvoorbereiding. Jij bent de verbindende factor tussen installateur en klant en begrijpt de belangen van allebei. Je start als junior, volgt praktijkgerichte technische modules, loopt mee met installateurs en woont trainingen bij van leveranciers. Daarnaast werk je aan je soft skills: klantgerichte communicatie, adviesvaardigheden, onderhandeltechnieken en gestructureerd werken. Je krijgt dagelijks uitdagende cases en leert het meest door gewoon te doen, begeleid door ervaren collega's. Binnen 2 jaar is de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar technisch specialist of manager in de techniek.
