Voor een specialist in isolatiematerialen zoeken wij een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst. In deze functie ben je veel meer dan alleen een verkoper achter de telefoon. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor klanten, denkt mee over oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat offertes, orders en leveringen van begin tot eind goed geregeld zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je bouwt relaties op, adviseert over producten en zorgt ervoor dat commerciële kansen worden benut. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Adviseren van klanten over isolatiematerialen en bouwproducten; - Opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes; - Verwerken van orders en bestellingen; - Onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantrelaties; - Actief benaderen van bestaande en potentiële klanten; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen in de markt; - Afstemmen met collega's van logistiek, magazijn en verkoop; - Meedenken met klanten om tot de beste oplossing te komen.

Wat breng je mee?

- MBO+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur HBO; - Een commerciële en klantgerichte instelling; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht; - Affiniteit met de bouwsector of bouwmaterialen is een pré; - Je bent administratief sterk; - Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en denkt in oplossingen.
