De stille kracht van het beste team van Amsterdam Onze makelaars staan buiten in de schijnwerpers. Maar iedereen bij KRK weet: zij kunnen pas écht excelleren als binnen alles perfect geregeld is. Dat is jouw speelveld. Als commercieel binnendienstmedewerker ben jij het gezicht én de motor van ons kantoor. De spil waar klanten, makelaars en deals samenkomen. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met onze makelaars, met een extra focus op het ondersteunen van de nieuwbouwmakelaars en de projecten waar zij aan werken. Bij ons is de binnendienst geen ondersteunende functie. Het is een strategische functie. Wie de binnendienst sterk maakt, maakt het hele kantoor sterker.

Dit ga je doen

Je werkt midden in een van de meest dynamische vastgoedmarkten van Europa. Elke dag een ander pand, een ander verhaal, een andere buurt. Jij zorgt dat het allemaal klopt:

- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor kopers, verkopers en relaties. Aan de telefoon, per mail en op kantoor. Jij zorgt dat geen enkele klant iets tekortkomt.

- Je plant bezichtigingen, bereidt verkoopdossiers voor en bewaakt de voortgang van transacties van intake tot notaris.

- Je ondersteunt onze makelaars als een personal assistant: presentaties, brochures, advertentieteksten en dossiers staan strak voordat iemand erom hoeft te vragen. Voor onze nieuwbouwmakelaars betekent dit bijvoorbeeld dat je ondersteunt bij de organisatie en voortgang van nieuwbouwprojecten en het contact met betrokken partijen.

- Je herkent commerciële kansen in elk klantcontact en speelt ze door. Of pakt ze zelf op.

- Je werkt met moderne tooling, data en AI. Bij KRK is technologie de ruggengraat van de operatie, en jij haalt eruit wat erin zit.
